Kayaking is good exercise

Dont believe me? Rent one and paddle for an hour.
You can paddle as hard as you can for a great anaerobic effort and ease on the beat for a long, fat burning session. All surrounded by nature and enjoying the great outdoors.

    Agreed – I like how kayaking can be as easy or difficult as you make it. That said, I rarely make it very difficult for myself (not intentionally, anyway).

  2. Among the many reasons people may choose to paddle canoes and kayaks is that they do so for exercise providing fantastic aerobic and cardiovascular effects and more.
