  1. Agreed – I like how kayaking can be as easy or difficult as you make it. That said, I rarely make it very difficult for myself (not intentionally, anyway).

  2. Totally agree. Every year when the warm weather starts up again I realize I should have been doing more exercises to get ready for paddling season. My first couple of trips are killers until I get used to using my kayaking muscles again!
